Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Era Candle Co. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the items.

Conditions for Refund:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The lock cap must be sealed and not broken.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window, providing your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items. We do not offer return shipping labels, however, each case will be reviewed individually.

Please note that we can only process refunds for items that meet the above conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon successful return and inspection of the items.

Shipping Policy

At this time we are only shipping to US based Customers.

The cost of shipping is $5. We often offer FREE SHIPPING via Discount Codes that you can find on our site, or in a newsletter.
